Ola Sinno

Ola spent years moving through life with an invisible cape — a fulltime businesswoman, a full-time mother, and a full-time human doing her best to hold it all together. Coming from a creative background as a designer and creative director, she later stepped into the entrepreneurial world, co-founding what she hoped would become a family legacy. One coffee shop turned into several, all while raising two uniquely wired boys. She kept striving for more, believing that was what strength looked like — until the pressure and pace left little space for herself.

When exhaustion finally caught up, Ola returned to the one place that had always held her — art. What began as a quiet escape became a profound turning point. Through the HICAT program, she found clarity, self-awareness, and the courage to shed the superwoman identity she no longer needed. Art therapy helped her reconnect with herself, heal old patterns, and rediscover a more authentic way of living. Today, Ola facilitates the Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy course at The Holistic Academy. Her approach is grounded in experience: students don’t just learn the modalities — they practice them, embody them, and grow through them. By the time they support others, they have already witnessed the transformation within themselves.

Because true healing begins with your own journey.

And if you’re ready to start, Ola will be there to guide you.
