Nahla Elbanhawy
Nahla’s journey has always been guided by transformation. For
over two decades, she worked at the intersection of architecture,
business, and innovation, shaping cities and building ventures
across the Middle East and Africa. Yet beneath the external
structures she helped create, a deeper calling was unfolding — one
centered on the inner landscapes of the human experience.
Nahla believes that every 7–10 years, life invites us into a pivotal
transition — a quiet crossroads that asks us to pause, reflect, and
grow. Drawn to these moments of change, she began guiding
individuals to explore their personal stories emotionally, mentally,
and physically, using expressive arts, embodiment practices, and
integrative coaching frameworks to restore balance and selfawareness.
Growing up between logic and creativity — with a finance-driven
mother and an artist father — Nahla learned early that true
alignment comes from honoring both worlds. This integration
became the foundation of her work, where structure meets
intuition and insight emerges through creative expression.
Today, as a facilitator at The Holistic Academy, Nahla holds safe,
reflective spaces where art-making, mindfulness, and presence
support clarity, healing, and meaningful change — helping others
reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been left
behind along the way.
